PRIVACY POLICY

The Midnight SUN website (the “Site”) is operated by Denkai Limited, Hong Kong, under the event brand Midnight SUN.

Information you give us:

• Your email address, when you join our list.
• Your name and WhatsApp number, when you pre-register for a tour, so we can send you the ticket link.
• The city or show you tell us you are interested in.
• Anything you write to us by email.

Information collected automatically when you use the Site:

• Usage and analytics data: the pages you view, the page that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location from your internet address. We use Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies, and may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, which do (see section 5).
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and to keep the Site running.

We do not collect payment details. Tickets are sold by ticketing platforms on their own websites, under their own policies.

• To send you news, announcements, presale access, and ticket links that you asked for.
• To contact you by WhatsApp or SMS about tickets for a show you pre-registered for.
• To understand how the Site is used and how our announcements and advertising perform.
• To keep the Site secure and to comply with the law.

We send marketing email only to people who have joined our list, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We use service providers who process data on our behalf and under their own terms:

• Vercel: hosting the Site, storing signups, and analytics.
• Google: the spreadsheet where our list is managed, and Google Analytics.
• Meta: the Meta Pixel, used to measure advertising.
• SendGrid: sending our emails.

Some of these providers store data outside Thailand, including in the United States and Singapore. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Vercel Analytics works without cookies. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies to measure visits and the results of our advertising; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the Site keeps working.

The sound switch on the home page remembers your choice in your browser’s local storage. Nothing else is stored on your device by us.

We keep your contact details for as long as you are on our list, or for as long as we need them for the purposes above. When you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, we remove them from our list. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the provider concerned.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You can also ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it, and you can withdraw consent you have given. Email us at info@midnightsunevents.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

You have these and other rights under applicable law, including Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

The Site and our events are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 20. If you believe a child has given us their details, email us and we will delete them.

The Site links to ticketing platforms, social media, and other third-party services. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on the Site with its effective date.
